Encore Online Bootcamps

Jonas Encore Bootcamps are online group seminars designed to provide club employees with best practices across Encore's suite of applications.

These seminars include focused application education, followed by a 30-minute Q&A period.

Each seminar is $150 per club and any number of staff from your club may attend. No more than 12 clubs will be in attendance so request your club's spot as soon as possible.

GL Budgets and Financial Statements

This seminar takes a deeper dive into budgets and financial reporting features available in Jonas Encore. This session will show you how to create a budget, import/enter budget figures, budget entry tools, and a detailed look at how to both design and run financial statements.

Club Credits

This seminar focuses on the Club Credits module and is intended for staff that will be issuing, redeeming or managing club credits including sweeps, credit book, gift certificates or gift cards. The session will highlight how to create credit categories, as well as how to issue and redeem various credits at point of sale or through the back office. This seminar focuses on a particular topic of the System Administration module and is ideally targeted to controllers or accounting staff who work with billing items and charge codes on a daily basis. This session will help to explain the linkages between charge codes, surcharge codes, general ledger accounts and billing or point of sale items. It will help give users a better understanding of how the Encore system of items is built so that you can optimize your reporting and operations.

This seminar focuses on the user aspect of the System Administration module and is targeted at employees who are responsible for creating and maintaining user records and workstations. The session will cover how to create and maintain user records with appropriate access levels and overrides.
