As you have surely noticed by now,
www.jonassoftware.com has received a significant facelift, both to it's looks, as well as it's content and structure.
The following changes should be noted:
- Jonas Club Management Clients who wish to access our knowledge base, log a support call, or find information regarding the latest releases and enhancements can either click on the “Client Login” button in the main navigation of this site, or simply navigate to www.jonassupport.com and log into our Online Support Portal.
- Our Online Support Portal has not changed. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the same information as you are accustomed to seeing.
- www.jonassoftware.com will act as the new home of all corporate information, including details regarding Jonas Software subsidiary brands and the markets they service, corporate News and Events, and contact information.
- All information regarding Jonas Club Management Software, including news, events, available modules, sales and support contact information, can be found within this website (www.jonasclub.com).
While these changes may seem significant at first, we are sure that this restructuring will result in easier access to information, and enable a clearer line of communication between Jonas Software and all of our clients.
