We're Moving

Beginning at 6:00 P.M. EST, August 16th, our corporate headquarters will be relocating. During the course of the move (August 16th, 17th, 18th), we expect only minor disruptions in service and appreciate your patience as response times may be longer than usual.
  1. Our support website (www.jonassupport.com) may experience some down time between 6:00 P.M. EST August 16th, and 8:00 A.M. EST August 19th. This down time will restrict access to our Knowledge Base, Version & Product updates, as well as the ability to log and track support requests online.
  2. Telephone support will be impacted in the following ways:
    • Between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. EST on August 16th, calls will be routed to an electronic service, and will then be assigned to a Customer Support Representative.
    • Between 8:00 P.M. EST August 16th, and 8:00 A.M. EST August 19th, we will be following our regular after hours support model, which is reserved for calls of an emergency nature.
While our toll free numbers will remain the same, our local phone number and mailing address will change. We ask that you update your records with the information found below:
