I joined the Jonas Team mid 2022 as a Client Care Advisor. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years. Previously, I was in Collections for 6 years, where I was able to utilize my problem-solving skills as well as listening. As your Client Care Advisor, I will endeavour to provide your club and your team, an exceptional experience with Jonas.

Favorite Software Feature

One of my favourite software features would have to be Online Ordering. This is where the members can order items from their phones and have it ready for pick up when they arrive at the club.
