Catering/Banquet Event Orders
A properly designed Catering/Banquet Event Order is crucial to the success of any event. With Jonas Banquet & Catering, your Event Order is automatically generated once information has been entered into the system. It can be printed or emailed directly from the main Booking Screen, and it’s completely customizable to your club’s wishes.
Event Checklists
Every event needs proper planning, and an event Checklist is one of the best ways to ensure that your club has all the necessary information needed to properly plan and setup for a club function. Multiple checklists can be designed and stored within the system, and then used on demand to ensure that no detail is overlooked. Once the checklist has been filled out, it is attached to the event within the system and can be referenced at a future time.
Pre-Settlement
The Pre-Settlement feature in the system allows multi-day event revenue to be posted to the GL on a daily basis, ensuring precise account processing. This means even though a two day event may span across the end of one month and the beginning of the next, the daily resources used will be properly allocated to their respective days, rather than entirely in one month or another.
Integration
Thanks to full integration with the Jonas Management System, actions such as Chit Processing from Point of Sale are made effortless. Chit Processing occurs when part of a meeting/event takes place in an area of the club such as the Restaurant. All chits associated with the restaurant meal transfer over to the event and are displayed in itemized format on the final Event Order for the client.
Design Area Layouts
This is a great feature to use when meeting with clients and reviewing potential event layouts, as it gives a clear and accurate representation of the final room setup. The easy to use drag and drop interface allows for quick modification of event layouts and even has the ability to attach pictures of previous events that have used similar designs. |
